It’s time for another Vixens Video Profile! This time it’s Dr. Hotpants #987. Hotpants started the season on the Capital Corruption, but made our A team at our mid-season evaluations. She’s a solid blocker and pivot with the rare talent of being able to hold a jammer back almost single-handedly.
The Capital City Stealth (6-2) hosted the Detroit Seminoles (5-3) this past weekend at Mac Gobel Field in Charlotte, in a battle of two 5-2 teams fighting to remain in second place in the league standings and a chance for a second seed/first round bye in the playoffs. Both teams came into the game evenly matched and the game was predicted to be a shoot out by several players and coaches from other semi pro teams throughout the state

The Gathering is an opportunity for groups of high school aged youth to experience four days of service, leadership and community. Convening for its 30th year, The Gathering offers participants an opportunity to experience meaningful worship, engage in small groups, grow in faith, and have a blast!
It’s been a little while since we did our last Vixens Video Profile, but this one is something special! This week’s profile is our league president Lil Hitaly. Not only is she on-call just about 24-hours a day for all of our league business, Hitaly is the A Team bench manager, sending out our winning packs and generally keeping things orderly.
The Capital City Stealth (3-2) hosted their 3rd Annual Military game as they played the Michigan Vikings (2-3), their top rival of all the teams in Michigan. Both teams were formed in late 2009 after the Ypsilanti Yellow Jackets folded after the season ended. With players going to both the Stealth and Vikings, it immediately formed a rivalry that will last for years to come.
